I can serve you best if you are working towards an uplifting destination point (i.e. building a new business, taking stock and building a plan to move your life into alignment with your values and purpose, taking your brand to new place in alignment with its true mission and audience, creating a new life post divorce.)
✦I am a person of faith. My spirituality guides me in both my personal and work lives. I believe that my intuition is connected to Source. I believe that a higher power, for me God, and which may be different for you, exists and loves you and me. Accordingly, I believe that the order of the universe is in support of your wellbeing and that you are not the victim, but rather the beneficiary, of life’s magic.
✦I am an educated professional and at times can be called “intimidating” by some. But those same people will say I am incredibly easy to connect with and an open book. I can “go there” with you and you will know I am deeply listening to you. Transparency is a core value of mine. My life experience has been vast and abundant and I am a person that loves the simple just as much as, if not more than, the extraordinary.

That stated, my action plans are formulated in simple, clear cut steps that are easy to follow. My ideal client does their homework. While my sessions are designed to be flexible and result-oriented, a five session Fast Action Plan is intended to flow as follows. Together we will…
Session 1 (90 min.)- Set expectations and ground rules. Perform intake and interviewing to create clarity around goals, assess values and purpose in light of considered goals, and set initial goals for scope of work.
[Homework: Let findings from Session 1 percolate. Record reflections and feelings about setting goals. Take notes on any new information or action steps that need to be incorporated into the next Session].
Session 2 (75 min.)- Share updates. Revisit and refine the goals that have been set. Perform exercises designed to engage parts of the brain that will support the move from fear to action. Start to develop the action plan steps to work towards goal(s). Walk through approaches to execution and provide support and resources. Delegate and discuss accountability.
[Homework: Start executing Action Plan, adding tasks as they arise. I will provide you with a Session Summary and Action Plan per our discussion, so that we can each start taking steps.]
Session 3 (75 min.)- Reflect on progress through execution. Dive deeper into any identified pain points, rubs, impediments, or resistance to achieving goals. Carefully consider organizational structure to support goals and financial resourcing. Work together through my unique tools to increase clarity of the road map and confidence in its execution as the journey continues.
[Homework: Receive Session Summary and Action Plan and continue to execute and add to break down tasks into smaller tasks. Keep notes on incremental successes, learnings, and new relevant information to share at the next session].
Session 4 (60 min.)- Talk through progress. Access gaps and receive support and resourcing. Work through an Action Plan.
[Homework:] Continue to execute and start creating a list of next level goals. Keep notes on incremental successes, learnings, and new relevant information to share at the next session].
Meeting 5 (60 min.)- Access progress. Bring forth commitments to continuing the plan. Celebrate results so far. Outline future steps on a visual timeline to be located in an every day line of sight. Discuss any additional add ons to the existing Scope of Work.

It all depends on what you are working towards. The work will align with your goal, so it should feel enlivening! (Plus, I’m going to be there with you along the way). If your goals, for example, are relating to building or refining a business, we may decide together that a “to do” will be creating financial projections (and, yes, you can do it!). If you're trying to find your true calling and build a life plan, for instance, then your homework would be customized for you to help you identify and own your beliefs, principles, and goals. I have my own unique exercises and tools that are not canned.

This is why our first session is the longest. We will use that session to home in on where you want to use this time towards personal transformation. I will help you define and clarify your goals for the use of our five sessions. It is a flexible framework that can evolve. Most all my clients have had pivots or unexpected turns of events or they have realizations that refocus our work. This is part of the process. Every step closer to aligning your personal or work life with your true calling is a success.

In my experience, two things can happen. Important matters that feel urgent can come up outside of our normal sessions that you wish to invest in. This is why I have 30 minute Add On packages. Additionally, I have 75 min. Follow-Up sessions to add to the 5 session Fast Action package. Sometimes goals grow and evolve and I am here to support you in pursuing your goal.

At the end of The Fast Action package, if you have done the homework and invested your emotional and mental energy around it, I believe that you should have a clear path of execution outlined to achieve your goals. I am confident that you will have completed many of your short term goals. The goal of this package is for you to feel stronger in your capacity to take action and figure things out, come to conclusions that align with your goals faster, see a vision forward, and live in less fear. I hope you feel more joy and ease. I believe it’s going to feel so good!
